3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Manage the payroll and benefits administration.
8. Nurture a positive working environment and promote the company's core values.
